Americans with Disabilities Act Grievance Procedure
Complaints concerning discrimination on the basis of disability by the Arden Manor Recreation and Park District may be sent to amrpd1415@amrpd.org or submitted using the form below. The District ADA Coordinator) will contact the complaint within 15 calendar days after receipt of the complaint to discuss the complaint and will respond in writing within 15 days of the discussion.

Arden Manor Recreation and Park District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Arden Manor Recreation and Park District
