American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Course

We are pleased to offer an upcoming American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED course. The purpose of this course is to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies.

This class includes an online portion that requires a device capable of accessing the internet.

The in-person session will be held:
Dates and times: December 7th, 2024 from 10AM - 4PM
Location: Deterding Park Community Center, 1415 Rushden Drive, Sacramento CA, 95864
Instructor(s): Kevin Cauley

On successful completion of the course, you will receive an American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certification, which is valid for 2 years.

To successfully complete the First Aid/CPR/AED course, you must:
■     Successfully complete the online session 
■    Attend and participate in all class sessions.
■    Actively participate in all course activities, including assuming various roles during skill practices and assessment scenarios.
■    Demonstrate competency in all required skills.
■    Successfully complete all assessment scenarios.

In addition, you may need to complete a final exam with a passing grade of 80 percent.
