2025 Swim Season

The Arden Manor Pirates Swim Team is open to all swimmers ages 4-18, so long as they are able to swim the length of the pool unassisted. Swimmers may be eligible for the Pirates once a swim test has been administered and the Coach approves.

This program will focus on developing swimmers at a competitive level in a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment.

Swim practice begins on April 28th, 2025 and ends on July 27th, 2025. Practices will be held Monday-Friday and meets will be held on Saturdays.

Is this your child’s first year on a swim team?

During the first week of practice, all swimmers will be evaluated on their ability to swim 25 yards across the pool unassisted.

If they pass the swim test – They will officially join the swim team and be eligible to participate in meets.

If they do not pass the swim– They may not be ready to continue with the team this season. We encourage swim lessons to help them gain confidence and improve their skills for next year. You may request a refund or a credit toward swim lessons by May 9, 2025. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or need assistance with the process.

To give your child the best chance of success, we highly encourage signing up for our two sessions of Swim Clinics, held two weeks before the season begins. Clinics will provide a great opportunity to develop skills before the swim test on the first day of practice. During the clinics, swimmers will meet the coaching staff, get a feel for how the swim team operates, and work on fundamental techniques while building endurance for the upcoming season.

PRACTICE TIMES

8 and under practice: 4:30pm to 5:15 pm

9-12 practice: 5:15pm to 6:00 pm

13-18 practice: 6:00pm to 7:15 pm

COST

First Swimmer: $225

Each Additional Swimmer: $210

Full and Partial Scholarships Available. Please call or come in to pick up an application. Applications are due 4/4/25.
