Aquacize is a low impact pool workout program designed to elevate your heart rate and increase flexibility. Charmayne Monday has been teaching our Aquacize class for 20+ years! Each class will combine light aerobic activity with water exercises, set to fun music.
Location
Deterding Community Pool located at 1415 Rushden Drive Sacramento, CA, 95864, every Monday-Thursday from 6 pm to 7 pm.
Class Dates and Times
Monday, May 6th 2024- Thursday, August 8th 2024
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
*some make up classes are held on Fridays.
Class time: 6:00pm-7:00pm
For First Time Participants:
Be sure to show up at 5:30pm to fill out a liability waiver and get an overview of what the class is about!
Bring water shoes and a water bottle.
